From lightning strikes to curious cloud formations, the Hong Kong Observatory is challenging photographers and videographers to capture timelapse recordings of bizarre and beautiful weather phenomena from around the world. To enter the competition, submit a timelapse video of up to 60 seconds to Instagram with the hashtags #1minuteweather or #天氣一分鐘 and email the link to your post to [email protected] by 31 January 2019.
