Asia’s Most Progressive Business District

We reveal the winner and shortlist for most progressive business district in the Innovation category, as chosen in the 2018 Marco Polo Club Members' Choice Awards by Cathay Pacific's most frequent flyers

Innovation: Most Progressive Business District

Winner: Central (Hong Kong SAR, China)

Marco Polo Club Members' Choice Awards, Innovation

Hong Kong’s low-tax, pro-business environment continues to attract companies to its main business hub. But Central is about much more than gleaming towers. The opening of the landmark heritage project Tai Kwun this year has brought new character as well as creative retail and restaurant businesses to the area. At the same time, the inauguration of one of those gleaming towers, H Queen’s, attracted some very different tenants to Central: the new hub for gallerists confirmed Central’s new status as one of the art world’s prestige destinations.
