Perched on Cotton Tree Drive in Central, The Murray, Hong Kong, a Niccolo Hotel, is one of the city’s newest luxury hotels, occupying a revamped government building from the 1960s.
The Murray features some of the largest rooms in the city, with 75 per cent of its 336 rooms and suites measuring at least 50 square metres. This is accompanied by expansive floor-to-ceiling windows, chic leather surfacing and sophisticated textiles. Rooms also feature uniquely recessed windows, which allow daylight to flood in without absorbing the heat.
Five elegant dining destinations include authentic Cantonese fine dining at Guo Fu Lou and glamorous rooftop bar and restaurant Popinjays, which has a wide terrace showing off those panoramic views.
Meanwhile, The Niccolo Room on the 25th floor offers up one of the city’s most desirable event spaces for banquets, weddings and conferences, with a capacity to seat 240 guests or receptions for up to 350.
