Boutique Hotel Brand with the Best Service in Asia

We reveal the winner and shortlist for boutique hotel brand in the Service category, as chosen in the 2018 Marco Polo Club Members' Choice Awards by Cathay Pacific's most frequent flyers.

Best Service: Boutique Hotel Brand

Winner: The Sukhothai

Marco Polo Club Members Choice Award

The Sukhothai Bangkok opened in 1991. Owned by HKR International (which also operates the Auberge in Discovery Bay, Hong Kong), The Sukhothai Bangkok was a brand of one until it was joined by sister property The Sukhothai Shanghai in April this year. Both properties have distinct designs reflecting the local culture, but share a commitment to 22 brand-defining principles based on the belief that no two guest are alike and service should be tailored accordingly.
